NOTICE:
The entire blacktop parking area will be closed for two days. Any vehicle found in the lot during the stated time period of August 1-2 will be immediately towed.
You
may use the Shuksan Middle School parking lot while our lot is being
resurfaced. Shuksan Middle School is located directly across Northwest
Ave. from Southwinds. The Southwinds Annual General Membership was held tonight with a quorum. The 2011 budget was passed. The big project for 2010 was the re-seeding of the front lawn and the addition of a security fence. The refurbishing of the stairway areas continued, completing all of the lower areas. We had an unplanned project when we discovered that building 3356 had some settling issues. The building foundation was stabilized and a new concrete slab in the rear bedroom/bath area for 3356/102 was poured. The board decided to push back a couple of planned projects to 2011 to avoid an assessment for these repairs. For 2011, we plan to repair the cracks and low spots in the parking lot. The parking lot will be resurfaced and painted. The stairway work will also continue on the upper stairwells.
The condo fee to support the 2011 budget will be $205.00 starting January 1, 2011.
The Board meets the third Monday of each month in the clubhouse at 6:00pm; all owners are welcome to attend. If you have any questions, please contact Bayview Property Management at 360-734-5420.
December 14, 2009 The Southwinds Condominium Board of Directors will start meeting every other month starting in February. The meeting will be held on the 3rd Monday of the month.
November 16, 2009 The Southwinds Annual General Membership was held tonight with a quorum. The 2010 budget was passed unanimously. The Treasurer was able to keep the increase of the dues to only $10.00 per month, for a total of $190.00 per month starting January 1, 2010.

We had a very successful annual meeting. Thank you to all those who attended! Pat Starcher did a wonderful job on the 2008 budget and updating of the Reserve Study. The 2008 budget was passed. A big thanks to President Jay Tinker as well for another year of a job well done. We really appreciate his time and all that he does for Southwinds.

October 16, 2006 The Southwinds Annual General Membership is set for Monday, November 20, 2006 at 7:00pm in the clubhouse. We hope to see all unit owners/residents there.

January 1, 2006 As a reminder, beginning January 1, 2006, the dues will be $155.00 per month.
September 18, 2005 The annual meeting is set for Monday, November 14, 2005 at 7:00pm in the clubhouse. We hope to see all unit owners/residents there.
November 15, 2004 We just had a very successful annual meeting. The 2005 budget was passed and we elected new board members. The three new board members are: Robert Znack, Bob Freeman, and Julie Davis. It was also very nice to meet several of our new neighbors. Thank you for coming.
As a reminder, beginning January 1, 2005, the dues will be $145.00 per month.
